By booking in advance you are sure to get the room that best meets your needs at the best price guarantee.

For example;

• an "Economy" if you want to stay in our Hotel enjoying every morning our breakfast and hospitality, saving your budget for tours and boat trips.

• a "Standard" if you prefer a comfortable stay.

• the "Junior Suite with Sea View Terrace" for total relax.

In order to have the best price, contact us by filling the form.

Conditions:

• Book your vacation in advance (later than January 1st the prices will be higher);

• In order to confirm we require a 30% - deposit to be paid in January by bank transfer.

Here is what we do for you:

• Breakfast with Sicilian delicacies;

• Concierge for booking transfer, parking, restaurants, tours and boat trips;

• Free Wi-Fi in the rooms and common areas;

• Daily cleaning and change of sheets every 3 days;

• Use of the Sea View Terrace where you can have extra relax;

• Outdoor covered seating for reading, drinking and have breakfast;

• Night porter for late check-in;

• Early Check-In and Late Check out (on request and based on availability);

• Beach bag and beach towels (on request and for a fee);

Rates are based on the type of room and the chosen period.

"Low Season"

From the end of April to mid May and in the second week of October:

rates for 2 adults are from € 60.00 to € 160.00 per room per night with breakfast included.

"Mid Season"

From mid May to mid June and in the first half of October:

rates for 2 adults are from € 80.00 to € 200.00 per room per night with breakfast included.

"High Season"

From mid June to the end of September.

Rates for 2 adults are from € 130.00 to € 300.00 per room per night with breakfast included.

Beach Service

You can either use the free and open area (without an assigned spot) or request one of our stations (10 in total in a single row).

• From June to September, prices range from € 18.00 to € 35.00 per day.

• From mid-May to the end of May and during the first week of October, prices are from € 10.00 to € 20.00 per day.

Please note that:

• It is not possible to add additional sun loungers.

• If one or two umbrellas/sun loungers are still needed, it is necessary to book 2 umbrellas and 2 sunbeds.

• Since we have very few umbrellas (10 at most) we recommend booking the beach service well in advance.

• The convenient beach bag with towels is not included in the price. Its cost is € 10.00 per room with towel changes every 3 days.

Spring is the time of year when temperatures start to be very pleasant.
The beach is wonderful and empty.
April and May are ideal for hikings at Riserva dello Zingaro and Riserva di Monte Monaco.

Starting from the end of May the 25 degrees are often exceeded!


We always suggest a stay of at least 7 nights because you can enjoy the beach, have boat trips with professional skippers and discover the surroundings as for as Erice, Marsala...

In July and August the sun is really hot!

Temperatures easily reach 40 degrees and the beach is very crowded.

September is summer too but not crowded as in July or August.

In the third week of September there is the most loved event of summer: the Cous Cous Fest in which you can taste different recipes of the many chef competing during the Cous Cous World Championship.

Ours is a family business but we are not a "Family Hotel".

If you are planning a holiday with your children, we may not be the best solution for their needs.
In fact, we do not have a restaurant, lift and services for families such as cots, bottle warmers, strollers, play areas, entertainment and / or babysitting ...

Our rooms are for single use or for a couple on a romantic and relaxing trip.
