Important to know: rules and times
Check-in
From 2.00 PM.
At check-in we provide only one key-card to access the room and turn on the light and air conditioning, the second is optional and for a fee (€. 10,00 per day).
Check-out
By 10.00 AM.
If you need to leave in the afternoon you can do so by requesting Late Check out (the price varies based on the period and type of room).
Alternatively, you can ask for the luggage storage (free of charge) and to take a shower (€. 10.00 per person).
Breakfast:
From 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM
The breakfast room is located near the reception, at the ground floor.
We are in the Limited Traffic Zone, it is possible to stop your car
in front with a free voucher valid for 30 minutes.issued by the police
at the entrance of Limited Traffic Zone.
We do not have our own parking, but at 100 meters there are the "blue
stripes" (about €. 10,00 per day) and less than two km away there is a
free unattended car park.
It is also possible to use the "car valet
service": the car will be taken over by the parking staff who, once a
day at your request, will pick you up with a shuttle. Same thing will
happen on the day of departure.
The cost of this convenient service is €. 10.00 per day.
Whatever your choice, there is no need to book a parking spot in advance.
We can organize for you the transfer from the airports of Trapani or Palermo, to be paid directly to the driver:
The rate is € 220.00 roundtrip (the price is intended for a maximum of 3 people).
In order to confirm this service is necessary to send us the flight data
(airport of arrival and departure, times, flight code…).
You will find the driver with a tablet indicating your name, waiting for you at arrivals.
Please note that:
- there is a supplement of €. 10.00 for each other person.
- there is a supplement of €. 20.00 on the total for pick ups made from 10:00 pm to 07:00 am.
Ours is a family business but we are not a "Family Hotel”.
If you are planning a holiday with your children, we may not be the best solution for their needs.
In fact, we do not have a restaurant, lift and services for families such as cots, bottle warmers, strollers, play areas, entertainment and / or babysitting ...
Our rooms are for single use or for a couple on a romantic and relaxing trip.
The Hotel has no elevator: rooms and terrace are ony reachable by stairs.
Pets are not allowed in our Hotel.
Smoking is not allowed in our rooms, it is possible to do so on the terrace or outside.
City tax is not included in our rates
April - May - October city tax is € 1,00.
From June 1st to September 30th is € 1,50.
The beach service (umbrella, sunbeds) is not included in the prices (unless special offers).
