The lighthouse of San Vito Lo Capo, symbol of our small town

If you have chosen San Vito Lo Capo as a base for your beach holiday, you will certainly have done it thanks to the fantastic photos on Google, Facebook or Instagram and to friends and relatives who spent their wonderful holidays here between the sea, the beach, unforgettable excursions and good typical food.

Our hotel is a few meters from the beach, which is certainly a symbol of San Vito Lo Capo and it is famous for its wonderful colors that give their best when the wind of Scirocco blows.

Also important are the Sanctuary of San Vito Martire (hub of the country) and especially the Lighthouse which is one of the greatest symbols of our town.

It was built in the late 1800s, when the Bourbons were still in Sicily.

Today it is one of the most important monuments of San Vito Lo Capo.

Over the years it has had great importance because thanks to its powerful lights that allowed sailors to glimpse the entrance of the port of San Vito Lo Capo avoiding shipwrecks.

For this reason it is one of the most important and renowned lighthouses in Sicily.

The lighthouse is something not to be missed in San Vito Lo Capo, not only for its historical importance but also for its "geographical" importance.
Photography enthusiasts - but also simple nature lovers like me - are always delighted by the beautiful landscape: nearby there is in fact "Cala Billeci", a rocky beach of San Vito Lo Capo.

Among the many activities in San Vito Lo Capo we suggest to take a romantic walk that goes from the Piccolo Mondo to the promenade and from there to the lighthouse, perhaps in the afternoon to enjoy a breathtaking sunset that will give you unforgettable emotions.
