What are the cancellation policies?

Now I would like to clarify your ideas on how to book the perfect room for you, even if it is really very simple!

How to make a reservation

Ours is a family business, this means that we are always ready to help you with your holiday.

Not only when you are here, suggesting beachfront places to go for a short break, non-tourist restaurants for an event to celebrate or the most beautiful coves and boat trips.

A fundamental part of our work that we love is being able to satisfy the needs of our guests from the first request for information.

Just write an email or simply send a message on WhatsApp in order to understand together which type of room can best meet your wishes, to better enjoy your well-deserved holiday in San Vito Lo Capo.

This you can only do if you contact us directly because on the most famous booking portals you would not find the same type of support nor the best price guaranteed.

If, on the other hand, you want to do everything faster, without sending an email or calling, you can do it directly from our site where you will find all the offers and types of rooms with their respective characteristics well described.

Cancellation policies

Another reason why I suggest you book directly is that you can choose between different cancellation policies.

On the portals we only have one in which the total charge is required at the time of booking and reads as follows:

"The customer pays 30% of the total cost if he cancels after booking and the total amount of the reservation if he cancels within 60 days before arrival".

On our website or in any case by email or telephone you can choose between 2 different rates:

"Standard":

first of all it ensures a saving of 15% compared to portals.


By choosing this rate we ask you to pay a 30% deposit by bank transfer or credit card

In the event that it is not possible for you to reach us, the amount paid will be "frozen"

via voucher that you can conveniently use as a deposit for a future booking.

Example:

on a reservation worth Euro 1,000.00 we ask you for a deposit of Euro 300.00.

You will then pay the balance upon departure.

If you are unable to arrive we will send you a voucher for the same amount you paid. I

t will be a bit like putting money in the bank that you will reuse, without interest, by booking a new trip.

"Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival"

Payment Policy:

30% of the total booking will be taken as a deposit at the time of booking, the same will be returned if the booking is canceled within the established terms.

Cancellation terms:

In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation up to 15 days from the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

In case of late cancellation or modification of bookings or no-show, a voucher will be sent, of amount equal to the amount paid, for a future within 365 days following the original booking date.

“Besafe Rate”:

By paying the total amount of the reservation immediately, you will receive free coverage for the refund of the amount paid.

Example: on a reservation worth Euro 1,000.00 you pay this amount immediately by bank transfer or credit card.

If it is not possible to arrive, you will receive immediate reimbursement from the insurance company.
Ecco nel dettaglio cosa include Besafe Rate:

• Rimborso fino al 100% del soggiorno in caso di annullamento per eventi imprevisti;

• Garanzia di un rimborso in caso di furto o mancata consegna del bagaglio;

• Assistenza per il rimborso dovuto in caso di cancellazione o ritardo oltre le 3 ore delle compagnie aeree;

• Anticipo di denaro fino a 250€ entro 24h in caso di furto di documenti;

• Assistenza legale gratuita per risarcimento danni durante il soggiorno;

• Copertura delle spese di alloggio in caso di permanenza forzata nella città del soggiorno;

• Assistenza stradale sul posto;

• Copertura delle spese mediche e medicinali in caso di infortuni o malattia durante il soggiorno.
